About us

Small studio. Real stories. One film at a time.

LoveFrame Studio makes short animated films from people's real photos and memories: love stories for weddings and proposals, anniversary films, life stories for parents and grandparents, memorial tributes, and films for the pets who loved us back.

Who we are

Hi, I'm Yubo.

I started LoveFrame Studio in New York in 2026. The idea is simple: most families have hundreds of photos and a handful of stories they tell again and again, and almost nothing that brings the two together. A short film can. I plan every film myself, from the first read of your story to the last frame, and you can always reach me directly at hello@loveframe.studio.

How a film is made

From your story to the final frame.

  1. Your story

You fill in a short form or talk with us: who they are, the moments that matter, the small details only you would know. For tributes and life stories, family and friends add voice memories through one link.

  2. A written plan

We turn it into a short scene-by-scene plan: which moments, in what order, and how each one will look. Nothing is animated until you've seen it.

  3. Characters, before you pay

We design the people (or pets) as animated characters from your photos and send them to you first. You pay only once they feel right.

  4. Animation and edit

We create each scene, edit the film, add music and captions, and check every shot for consistency.

  5. Your changes

You watch it and tell us what to change. Revisions are included, and the film is yours to play and share.

AI and people

What AI does, and what we do.

We use AI animation tools to create the pictures. Everything else is human work.

AI tools

Generate and animate the scenes we plan, and help restore old photos.

People

Read your story, choose the moments, write the scene plan, design and approve the characters, edit the film, choose the music, and check every frame before you see it.

Our promises

What we will always do, and never do.

Your story, not a template

Every scene comes from something you told us. We don't invent events, and for memorial films we never write words for anyone to say.

No cloned voices or faces

We never clone a voice or create a lifelike digital version of a real person. Animation stays a storybook.

Your materials stay private

Your photos and recordings are used only for your film and never shown publicly without your written permission. Read our privacy policy.
