The story
What happens in this film
It started with a barista who wrote “Myah” on her cup, and a stranger at the next table who drew her on a napkin. Then a note, “Maya, dinner?”, a road trip across Arizona that ended on the side of the road, a year of video calls between Brooklyn and Chicago, and a jar that slowly filled with paper notes.
This is the kind of film couples play at their wedding reception or right before a proposal: their real story, told in two minutes, with the details only the two of them would recognize.
