FAQ

Questions planners ask.

How much time does this take on my side?

Almost none. You share a link with your couple. They fill out the story form, approve their characters and receive the film directly from us. We keep you copied on delivery dates so nothing surprises you.

How far ahead do couples need to order?

At least 10 days before the event for standard delivery. If the date is closer, 72-hour rush delivery is available.

Will the characters look like the couple?

They're stylized 3D animated characters based on one photo of each person — recognizable, not photorealistic. Couples approve the character designs before we make any scenes, so there are no surprises.

Do the characters talk?

By default the story is told through narration, music, sound and the characters' expressions. Couples who want their characters to speak can add dialogue — a few key lines or a full conversation, ideally in their own recorded voices. Ask us about pricing.

What if the couple wants changes?

Every film includes one round of revisions after delivery. Because the story is confirmed scene by scene and characters are approved up front, most changes are small details.

Do you use AI?

Yes — AI tools help us animate, and every film is written, checked and finished by a person. We only use the photos the couple provides, and only for their film.

What about music and privacy?

We use licensed music, so the film can be played at the venue and shared online. Couples confirm they have permission to share their photos, and we never show a film publicly without their consent.

How are partner commissions paid?

Each partner gets a personal link and code. We send a monthly summary of orders and pay your 20% by bank transfer or PayPal.
